We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our Niagara Falls team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our business clients—delivering tailored insurance solutions, building long-term relationships, and ensuring every client receives the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding client experience by understanding and meeting each customer’s unique needs.

  • Manage all aspects of commercial accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and re-marketing.

  • Provide proactive claims assistance, guiding clients through the process with professionalism and care.

  • Respond promptly and accurately to all client inquiries to ensure seamless service.

  • Contribute to the team’s success by sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • RIBO license (required)

  • Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in commercial lines

  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency with insurance portals and broker management systems is an asset
