Job descriptionCompleted post‑secondary degree or diploma. CPA (CPA, CA; CPA, CMA or CPA, CGA) accreditation or near completion. Minimum two years of public practice audit experience. Experience with not‑for‑profit and owner‑managed clients within a public practice scope. Demonstrated success in business development, advisory and team management. Team player able to rally resources and work with others to meet client needs. Strong relationships built on rapport, trust, and respect. Interest in coaching, development, and personal growth. Demonstrated ability to meet professional and competency expectations. Articulate, inspiring, and versatile communicator.

Responsibilities
- Planning, preparing and executing financial statement audits, reviews and compilations.
- Providing solutions on clients’ current business and financial conditions.
- Planning fieldwork assignments, including budget and resource needs.
- Working closely with clients to provide exceptional client service.
- Handling clients in target industry sectors under varying reporting frameworks.
- Supervising, coaching and directing motivated professionals.
- Building our reputation as the preferred business advisors in key sectors of our growing practice.
