Fournir des services complets de courtage en douane conformément aux règlements et à la législation de Douanes Canada et des autres ministères (AMG) fédéraux concernant plus de soixante lois relatives au commerce international; y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, le traitement des envois de grande et faible valeur (EGV / EFV) et les conseils aux clients.

Exigences Éducatives

Diplôme de niveau collégial ou l’équivalent.
Spécialiste certifié des douanes (SCD) ou titre professionnel qualifié (SCCD).

Expérience Minimale Requise

2 ans d'expérience actuelle en courtage en douanes OU

2 ans d'expérience actuelle en tarification et à l'international.

Autres exigences spécifiques

Les personnes en poste doivent maintenir leur désignation. Doit accumuler un minimum annuel d'unités de formation continue.

Doit avoir la capacité de soulever 70 lb et manœuvrer n’importe quel colis pesant jusqu’à 150 lb avec l’équipement approprié si le poste est situé dans l’un des ports suivants : YQG, YOW, YEG, YWG, YYC, YVR et YMX.

Au Québec, le candidat doit être bilingue (anglais et français).

Compétences Techniques

Solide connaissance des mathématiques.

Connaissance du fonctionnement de FedEx.

Connaissance de la réglementation douanière internationale.

Connaissance approfondie des lois et règlements sur les douanes, les aliments, les drogues, les tarifs, l’évaluation et autres.

Connaissance avérée des différentes exigences de dédouanement des ministères et des processus de dédouanement.

Connaissances Informatiques

Minimum de 25 mots / minute sur les tests alphanumériques de saisie de données préférés.
