  • Collaborate with the Project Superintendent and project team to plan, schedule, set objectives, and control activities during the construction phase of industrial projects.

  • Supervise and mentor project team members, providing regular feedback, training, and coaching, while ensuring the timely completion of performance evaluations.

  • Manage prime contracts and subcontracts, including negotiation, awarding, and review of subcontractor performance.

  • Oversee project budgets and financials, including invoicing and working with accounting to ensure timely payments for accounts receivable and accounts payable.

  • Analyze costs, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize project expenditures.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on financial status, project performance, and progress for senior management.

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring open and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Completed education in a construction-related discipline, with demonstrated, progressive experience in project management, specifically in industrial or large‑scale construction projects, including mechanical, HVAC, and ICI project environments.

  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to delivering results and developing team members in industrial construction.

  • Service and results-oriented, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Strong experience in safety management, project execution, cost control, quality assurance, and administrative functions specific to industrial projects.

  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules, including mechanical and HVAC-related documentation.

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office, including MS Project; experience with project management software such as Viewpoint or other systems will be considered an asset.
