Duties and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable person to join our finance team at head office. You’ll own tenant billing and collections across a diverse commercial and residential portfolio. The work includes issuing invoices and recoveries, applying receipts, keeping tenant ledgers accurate, and following up on arrears. You’ll work closely with property management and accounting to make sure revenue is recorded correctly and cash comes in on time. It’s a hands-on role in a lean team, so your work will directly shape the accuracy of our month-end close.
