Job descriptionLead and manage the testing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Define and own the overall testing strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals. Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive test plans for complex multi agentic AI solutions. Drive the development and enhancement of automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy. Analyze test results, identify trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Coordinate root cause analysis for test failures and ensure timely corrective actions. Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to define testing requirements. Champion continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and processes across the team. Manage resource allocation, timelines, and test equipment lifecycle. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of quality and innovation. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL) and automated testing tools (DeepEval, Azure AI Foundry). Solid experience with Agile methodologies and configuration management. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
