The position may be based in any of our BC offices and provides opportunities to work on all three of Canada’s marine coastlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and manage marine field programs.
- Assemble, analyse, and manage marine datasets.
- Lead development of Fisheries Act authorization applications, including developing offsets.
- Lead environmental effects / impact assessments for proposed marine infrastructure.
- Manage marine tasks or projects according to the approved scope of work, schedule and budget.
- Support engagement with clients, regulators and First Nations.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to junior and intermediate staff.
- Participate in business development opportunities and proposal development.

Work Environment
The role is a standard 37.5‑hour work week. The typical office environment includes long periods of computer use. Fieldwork may involve exposure to the elements, inclement weather, and variable sea conditions. Ability to lift and move items and equipment up to 50 lbs is required for field work.
