Job descriptionAssist in planning and executing corporate events, both on-site and off-site. Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, attendee management, catering, and transportation. Support event setup, registration, and post-event follow-up. Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, visas, and transportation. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference registrations. Manage document preparation, including printing, shipping, and downloading files from data rooms. Provide reception coverage during absences, including answering calls, greeting guests, and managing couriers. Assist with large meetings, including board meetings, luncheons, and office events. Act as the Emergency Deputy, participating in required annual training. Support employees with IT and A / V system training and troubleshooting. Proofread and edit documents and presentations for accuracy and consistency. Perform various administrative duties to support daily office operations. Provide backup assistance to team members during peak workload periods or absences Previous experience in an administrative and event coordination role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced work environment.
