We are looking for a driven and motivated Bilingual (English and French) Customer Service Representative to work for a rapidly growing company! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for handling calls to other organizations, customer service duties, order management, and supporting businesses throughout the region. You’ll be challenged every day to reach targets and to develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and accounts
• Ability to answer customer questions regarding the technical information, pricing, delivery and order status information
• Sourcing products and working with vendors to establish item lead times in order to effectively communicate availability with the customer and manage expectations while improving service levels.
• Collaboratively work with internal departments.
