Job Family Group : Human Resources
Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs / solutions including all work related to sourcing & recruiting of employees to meet specific business group objectives. Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions. Works across BMO to deliver specific operational program activities & results.
- Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results and deliver the intended employee experience.
- Supports talent acquisition risk and governance, and digitization framework.
- Leads and collaborates on various projects, including technology and process initiatives.
- Develops operational solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions.
- Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions.
- Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards.
- Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
- Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Focus is primarily on business / group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

54,500.00 - $101,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
