What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in full cycle recruitment across all business units with attention to detail, teamwork, and urgency.
- Creating and refreshing requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
- Posting job descriptions on external sites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
- Requesting background checks.
- Scheduling, supporting, and conducting phone and video screens.
- Supporting co-op hiring, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- Developing content and updating social media to enhance recruitment marketing.
- Coordinating high-volume recruiting events and initiatives.
- Attending career and networking events.
- Reporting on key recruitment metrics via dashboards.
