Cineplexs Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.
Responsibilities
- Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and when necessary take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
- Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
- Assist with managing your theatres budget and growing revenue.
- Forecast initiate action / projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.
