Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and inquiries from lawyers and law clerks (approximately 70% phone-based).

Process orders for residential title insurance and address related inquiries.

Ensure accuracy in document processing and file management.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, with experience in client-facing roles.

Knowledge or experience in real estate (law clerk experience is ideal but not required).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and occasional difficult customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
