As an Insurance Account Representative with a Desjardins independent contractor agent, you will play a key role in growing the business while delivering outstanding service to clients. This is more than a sales role. It is an opportunity to build long term relationships, develop professionally, and grow your income potential.

What You Will Do

• Proactively develop leads and schedule appointments
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Assist clients with coverage questions, policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Support marketing initiatives and help achieve agency growth goals
• Build lasting relationships within the community

What We Are Looking For

• Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing is an asset
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals is preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• A proactive and solution oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Confidence presenting products and services to potential clients
• Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
