The Lawyer will namely have to deal with numerous advertising and marketing legal questions, particularly on aspects pertaining to the Charter of the French language and trademarks. YOUR ROLE : Protection of intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks;Litigation and administrative appeals, including trademarks;Revision of campaigns and advertisements;Opinions relating to the Charter of the French language;Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and opinions mainly related to the areas of activity of our firm.
