At least 5 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta and YouTube particularly for B2B or high-ticket B2C, with expertise in landing page optimization, copywriting, ad structures, automations, and retargeting. Advanced expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), with a preference for candidates who have experience selling real estate or investment products. Proficiency in YouTube advertising and optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent written and presentation skills, with a keen eye for creative details that resonate with target audiences. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Analytical and observant, able to identify trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance. Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Digital Advertising Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google platforms, with a focus on B2B or high-ticket B2C conversion. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and manage campaigns effectively from top of the funnel through to post-purchase repeat cycles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Oversee ad campaigns, ensuring successful testing, scaling, and optimization.
- Develop landing page optimization strategies, ad copy, ad structures, automations, and retargeting for high-conversion results.
- Manage full ad campaign cycle, from top-of-funnel lead generation to post-purchase and repeat customer campaigns.
- Use analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Create and deliver clear and compelling written and visual content for campaigns, with attention to creative detail.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with marketing strategies.
