Your new role
The current role is of an Executive Assistant / Office Administrator, working out of the Toronto-based office, and supporting one of the senior leaders in their office. They will provide administrative support to this executive, including the management and organization of calendars and schedules and assisting withmunication. They will book appointments and meetings, take minutes, organize email folders and keep the VP on track with follow-ups on meetings and relationships etc. They will organize any travel, ensure the office is well managed on all fronts, including supplies, front desk, etc. and cultivate vendor/colleague relationships. Finally, you will coordinate office activities, any travel requirements, and run any office errands as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful EA or Executive Assistant / Office Administration candidate will be professional, confidential, be a team player and have a positive attitude. The EA candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant and have a diploma or degree in office administration. They will be organized and diligent and ensure they have the ability to managepeting priorities and prevent any detail from slipping through the cracks. They will be an effectivemunicator and have the ability to cultivate an inclusive and engaging work environment. This EA will align with thepanies' core values and bemitted to your own growth and development.
What you'll get in return
The base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 is dependent on experience plus fullprehensive benefits and being able to contribute to the RRSP program.
