La soudure c’est un art, c’est une science qu’il faut aborder avec minutie, précision et avoir le souci du détail. Relevant du superviseur des opérations, le ou la titulaire de ce poste doit détenir de bonnes aptitudes manuelles, un bon sens de la logique et être passionné par la résolution de problèmes reliés à l’assemblage de métaux.

Aucune routine : chaque pièce est différente ;

Projets sur mesure et défis techniques constants ;

Équipe passionnée, soudure considérée comme un art ;

Soudeur TIG d’élite, ce poste est ta scène.

Responsabilités

Lire et interpréter les plans ou les instructions de soudage ;

Utiliser les appareils manuels ou semi-automatique pour souder les pièces de métal, tels que des appareils de soudage à l’arc sous gaz avec électrode de tungstène, à l’arc sous gaz avec électrode fusible (SAGFE) et à l’arc avec électrode enrobée (SAEE) ;

Utiliser des appareils coupe-flamme manuels ou semi-automatique ;

Utiliser des appareils à souder et à braser ;

Utiliser des machines à former les métaux comme des presses à plier et des cisailles, de même que d’autres machines à redresser et à cintrer les métaux ;

Réparer les pièces en y soudant des couches supplémentaires ;

Entretenir les machines à souder et à braser et effectuer les réparations mineures ;

Procéder à l’assemblage et au soudage des pièces soudées selon les plans et instructions du client ;

Effectuer le soudage à l’arc sous gaz actif avec fil électrode fusible (MIG / MAG / GMAW) ;

Soudure TIG Utiliser des appareils coupe-flamme manuels ou semi-automatique ;

Utiliser des appareils à souder et à meuler ;

Exigences d’emploi

Scolarité requise

DEP en soudure ou tout autre formation pertinente

5 ans d'expérience.

Compétences techniques

Exigence physique ;

Expérience avec aluminium ;

Très bonne connaissance en TIG.

Compétences personnelles

Purpose of the position

Welding is an art, it is a science that must be approached with meticulousness, precision and attention to details. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the incumbent of this position must have good manual skills, a good sense of logic and a passion for solving problems related to metal assembly.

No routine : every part is different ;

Tailor-made projects and constant technical challenges ;

Passionate team, welding considered an art ;

Elite TIG welder, this position is your stage.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret welding plans or instructions ;

Use manual or semi-automatic devices to weld metal parts, such as gas arc welding with tungsten electrode, gas arc welding with fusible electrode (SAGFE) and arc welding with coated electrode (SAEE) ;

Use manual or semi-automatic flame arresters ;

Use welding and brazing equipment ;

Use metal forming machines such as bending presses and shears, as well as other metal straightening and bending machines ;

Repair parts by welding additional layers ;

Maintain welding and brazing machines and make minor repairs ;

Proceed with the assembly and welding of welded parts according to the customer's plans and instructions ;

Perform arc welding under active gas with fusible electrode wire (MIG / MAG / GMAW) ;

TIG welding Use manual or semi-automatic flame arresters ;

Use welding and grinding equipment.

Education Requirements

DEP in welding or any other relevant training ;

5 years of experience.
