Job descriptionExperience in the aerospace industry Financial acumen or experience working closely with finance teams Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, or databases Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, Jira, Power BI, SQL) Analyze business processes and performance to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams by gathering, clarifying, and translating business needs into clear, traceable functional requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital solutions Develop test scenarios that reflect business requirements and validate delivered solutions Sequence and prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and effort Support change management activities to drive adoption of new systems and tools Communicate insights, recommendations, and outcomes through reports, presentations, and workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
- Background in Business Analysis, Business Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience working on projects involving process improvement and digital transformation
