System Administrator

The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network resources and perform preventative maintenance
• Backup network configurations and test our restore process
• IT Support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure
• Document all network standards and procedures
• Provide first, second, and third-level support, as required
• Support networks, servers, and application environments such as Windows servers (all versions), Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 platforms and security, Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams, Teams telephony, Intune, Windows Terminal Server, Hyper-V, VMware, anti-malware applications, MS SQL.
• Provide first, second, and third-level support, as required, for all workstations, network devices, switches, firewalls, printers, scanners, VOIP telephony, communication devices, physical cabling, handheld scanners. Workstation operating systems range from XP to 11 and Linux.
• Collaborate closely with all IT functional areas to implement operational requirements for both new and existing IT systems.
