Job descriptionCoordinate and preparation of the truckers' schedule. Closely monitor the trailer inventory board as well as the Geotab internal transport system. Ensure the proper loading and unloading of trailers Coordinate the entire fleet of trucks, trailers, and drivers, as well as route planning in conjunction with the supervisor. Scheduling of logistical tasks and organization of customer deliveries. Preparation of unloading sheets, delivery slips, and U.S. and Canadian customs documentation. Monitor truck and trailer maintenance in conjunction with the supervisor and manage weigh scale operations. Comply with SAAQ transport standards and legislation as well as OHS (SST) rules. Minimum 1 year in logistics or dispatch, preferably with a cross-border experience (asset) Bilingual French and English (dealing with USA customers) Detail oriented and ability to prioritize Experience with ERP software is an asset A true team player who is willing to learn and adapt
