What will your typical day look like?

As a Recruitment Advisor at Deloitte you will run an end to end recruitment process with our practice Nationally. This role will leverage sourcing skills to attract, assess and manage a diverse portfolio of candidates through the experienced hire recruitment process for a wide range of positions and levels at Deloitte. Our team works hand in hand with our Hiring Managers to understand business needs and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates. As such, we are looking to hire both technical and non-technical recruiters, with strong advisory abilities. You will also have the ability to customize recruitment strategies leveraging Deloitte resources including talent brand. We are currently looking for both full time permanent and 1-year term employees for these openings.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Recruitment Advisor works in partnership with internal clients, HR business partners, talent brand and specialized sourcers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and talent pipelines. You are someone who has:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a corporate recruiter and/or with an external recruitment agency
• Experience running an end-to-end recruitment process with proven sourcing and advisory capabilities
• Superior client management and multi-tasking skills, with experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Demonstrated ability to build deep-rooted relationships with key stakeholders and delivering against hiring needs/deadlines
• Bilingualism in French and English is required
• Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
• Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people.
