We’re currently looking for Senior Technician – Accounts Payable to to carry out the complete processing of accounts payable.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the complete accounts payable cycle, i.e. receipt, verification, accounting and payment of supplier invoices;
- Verify the accuracy of invoice information and compliance with company procedures;
- Process claims, credit notes and adjustments related to accounts payable;
- Resolve problems related to supplier payments;
- Process employee expense accounts;
- Manage supplier deposit requests;
- Prepare periodic financial reports;
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies;
- Maintain up-to-date transaction records;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures to enhance and optimize efficiency;
- Sporadic financial analysis;
- All other related tasks.
