A demonstrated ability in overseeing cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A / P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close, will be critical to the success of this Bookkeeper role. Apply for this role today Key responsibilities - Familiar with Accounts Receivable - Formulate cash flow projections, as needed - Complete Accounts Payable - Sort sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments - Form monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents - Enter budget transfers - Adept in credit card management and reconciliation - Govern monthly accounting close - Additional special projects if necessary - Organize cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, etc. - Business license and gross receipts summarizing - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment - Excellent written / verbal communication and organizational skills - Ability to meet deadlines - Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities - Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems - Good understanding of year end closings - Wide ranging experience with real estate preferred - Previous experience working with financial reporting - Proven knowledge of Process Biweekly Payroll - Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) - Commissions experience preferred - Earlier work involving Month-end Close Activities - Well-founded grasp of Bank Account Reconciliation - Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) - Practical knowledge of cash flow statements - Relevant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred - 5 years of related experience Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
