Job descriptionManage the full cycle of accounts receivable for your assigned portfolio of clients. Conduct collections and follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments. Enter accounts receivable data and prepare invoices. Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records. Prepare weekly accounts receivable reports and other related documentation. Provide administrative support for special projects as needed. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Accounting studies are considered an asset. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French ( This position requires strong English communication skills to handle accounts across multiple provinces) Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software is an asset. A positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Location : Ville Saint Laurent, QC
