TS Imagine, the world's leading provider of real-time trading, portfolio, and risk management solutions for the financial services industry, is looking for a Billing Clerk - Accounts Receivable, entry-level to join our growing team.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate billing of clients. This person will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, experience with billing and invoicing, proficiency in Excel, and experience with NetSuite + Salesforce.

What you’ll do

  • Create invoices with NetSuite as the primary billing tool
  • Verify the accuracy of billing data and make necessary corrections within Salesforce & NetSuite
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing of customers
  • Prepare monthly insight into Revenue GL detail and variance analysis in conjunction with the Financial Analyst
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and work with clients to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Improve processes related to system records of processes and to help streamline the billing process.
  • Assist with month-end close process, utilizing Salesforce and NetSuite reports and data, as well as Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintain revenue-related workbooks such as revenue recognition etc.
  • You should have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in billing or accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Excellent attention to detail, with great organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills that you will use when connecting directly with our vendors
