Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description :

  • Credit checks obtaining bank reports, trade references, and allocating credit limits;
  • Reconciling accounts and looking into short payments;
  • Statements sending monthly statements to customers;
  • Collection calls follow-ups as required in order to clear past dues;
  • Review accounts periodically in order to update credit limits;
  • Cash receipt applications daily entries and balancing;
  • Types of applications : credit cards, electronic payments, and cheques;

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • 1-3 yrs Accounts Receivable experience;
  • Bilingualism ( clear and articulate);
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • A positive approach to obtain company goals;
  • Ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a rapidly growing environment;
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment;
  • Follow-ups for resolutions.
