MUST SPEAK ADVANCED FRENCH AND ADVANCED ENGLISH ON A LEVEL 2 TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL

Summary of the Position :

As a Bilingual Tier 2 Service Desk Representative, you'll be the superhero providing remote technical customer support to end users.

Join our dynamic team offering bilingual (French and English) 24x7x365-day service. Get ready for some thrilling shift work and bring your strong communication skills in both languages along with superior customer service and documentation capabilities!

Responsibilities :

  • Provide second-level support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve escalated incidents and requests.
  • Document all troubleshooting and resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management.
  • Manage inbound requests and prioritize effectively.
  • Work closely with teammates to identify and suggest improvements.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of Service Desk or Call Center experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware / software.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible with the work schedule.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 / v4 Foundations is a plus.
