Summary of the Position :
As a Bilingual Tier 2 Service Desk Representative, you'll be the superhero providing remote technical customer support to end users.

Responsibilities :
- Provide second-level support via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve escalated incidents and requests.
- Document all troubleshooting and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management.
- Manage inbound requests and prioritize effectively.
- Work closely with teammates to identify and suggest improvements.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
- Minimum 1 year of Service Desk or Call Center experience.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware / software.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with the work schedule.
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 / v4 Foundations is a plus.
