Located in Saint-Jérôme, near a church, a grocery store and a shopping center, the private retirement residence Manoir Les Retrouvailles offers a family atmosphere.
POSITION DESCRIPTION : Le Manoir Les Retrouvailles is currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator / Rental Agent to fill a permanent, full-time position.
Salary to be discussedROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Greet visitorsMaintain good relationships with the residentsMake appointmentsPrepare and send occasional mail outsPrepare rental contractsProvide a high level of customer serviceReceive and redirect incoming callsRent out vacant apartments in the buildingUpdate different administrative forms and documentsWriting letters / documents and performing other clerical tasks EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset) Customer service experience an assetA working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook softwareKnowledge of the private residence environmentExcellent customer service BENEFITS : Salary to be discussedSick days and time off for family obligationsVacationConsistent scheduleStimulating challenges that match your ambitions!A welcoming and tight-knit team!
