Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Learning Coordinator to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Work Stream Leaders and Project Team in the execution of Train the Trainer activities, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Work Stream Leads to facilitate Train the Trainer activities in partnership with the project team.

Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and French.

Display resilience and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft applications (PPT, Excel, Word) for scheduling sessions, coordinating meetings, and managing all administrative tasks.

Organize and manage a high volume of tasks, including scheduling sessions, coordinating meetings, communicating with stakeholders, reporting, and uploading files.

Compile data and feedback from training sessions, preparing reports for both Work Streams and the Project Team.

Track completion rates and provide weekly reporting using query tools to leaders.

Triage technical issues during Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions and capture meeting minutes.

Proficient in virtual meeting platforms such as ZOOM and Teams.

Save files to SharePoint repository, manage documentations, and ensure training plans are stored appropriately.

Exhibit strong multitasking skills, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Respond to learning feedback, provide communications, and manage incoming requests and inbox.

Adapt quickly to a changing environment with tight timelines and shifting priorities.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Fluency in both oral and written English and French is mandatory. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (PPT, Excel, Word) is required. Experience with SAP, ERP, Ceridian, ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and CRM. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, team dynamics, and adapt quickly to tools and processes. Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
