Payables Clerk - East of Montréal

Position : Accounts Payable Clerk

Location : Saint-Leonard, with on-site parking

Salary : 45.000 - 48.000$ / year + benefits and bonuses

Responsibilities

• Process paper and computer invoices in EDI and electronic format
• Enter invoices into the system (high volume)
• Match the invoice with the PO
• Respond to the needs and questions of suppliers regarding their file

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a similar position
• DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting
• Fluency in French and English
• Computer skills and intermediate level in Excel
