The National Accounts Manager, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for the on-going sales support of the Regional Sales Team.

He / she will have accountability for accelerating the increase in Take Up Rates (TUR Market share) within Key Account clients and delivering targeted sales projects providing benefit to Belron Canada and our key partners in the insurance segment.

The National Accounts Manager, Strategic Partnerships is responsible to build a strong business relationship with our top regional insurance companies (meet client expectations, translate data analysis into opportunities and implement processes enhancements).

The ideal candidate must be results oriented and able to identify, manage, organized, work independently and has good communication skills, with a high priority and focus on excellent Customer Satisfaction.

  • Develop highly productive relationships and partnerships with Vice-presidents and Directors of our Regional Insurers
  • Develop and lead Client presentations.
  • Lead contractual agreement negotiation with each account.
  • Develop and expand new sales growth opportunities :
  • Focus will be on ADAS (Advance Driver Assistance Systems) and positioning Belron Canada as the calibration leader within the industry.
  • Develop Account plans to deliver targeted increase in TUR for each Key account.
  • Accurately measured and increased conversion rates for each Key partner.
  • Timely delivery of sales projects and tasks to support the future development of the key accounts.
  • Regular account reviews with team with clear objectives and progress monitoring tools.
  • Maintain accurate updated client data : Contacts, all clients related documents (contracts, rate schedule, proposals, etc ), meetings notes, agenda, and emails.
  • Provide quality representation of Belron Canada in the marketplace, provide timely and accurateresponses to client inquiries and facilitate effective cross-functional communication.
  • Communicate and prioritize initiatives across the organization.
  • Establish overall and individual goals for each team member, aligned with insurance Sales objectives.
  • Mentoring team members in the challenges of delivering their initiatives.
  • Ensures business and operational issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner in accordance with client expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with the insurance sales team as part of executing the sales plan
  • Plan and conduct sales meetings to communicate information required by operational and customer support staff to effectively do their job.
  • Resolve complex problems and provides team direction
  • Achieve annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans for the insurance segment with the objective to increase sales and market share;
  • Increase the TUR with each Key Account. All increases in TUR must be achieved with a full analysis of value / contribution and any increase must achieve an acceptable level of margin contribution.
  • Develop, analyze, monitor, and report key metrics to management.
  • Provide support and assistance to other Key Account Business Managers during tender process / annual negotiations with Key Accounts.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practice across Key Accounts, especially regarding TUR and leakage strategies, to accelerate the implementation of account developments.

Qualifications :

  • University Degree- Undergraduate in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-10 years and more experience in the position
  • Excellent knowledge and usage of MS office suite (PPT, Word, Excel). Power point skills are required. The candidate must build and deliver high quality and strategic power point presentations.

  • Perfectly bilingual (spoken and written)

  • Available to travel (Canada)-20%
