Our client is an industry-leading construction and development company. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for supporting with monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reporting.

About the Opportunity

• Perform monthly and quarterly consolidations for the company using both ASPE and internal accounting methods for our investments in Joint Ventures, including all financial and non-financial data points
• Prepare all legal entity financial statements and develop processes to deliver all legal entity statements to tax / treasury to support tax compliance and filing processes
• Support FP&A and Treasury by compiling all data sets required to present financial results in MD&A, bondholder presentations, and debt compliance reporting
• Perform detailed reconciliations of equity accounts and investment balances, interest, and related party balances to ensure accuracy of consolidated and legal entity statements
• Working with the team to support the implementation of Onestream for all consolidated, legal and JV reporting functions

About You

• University Degree, with a specialization in Finance or Accounting is required
• CPA or CA designation considered an asset
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a large public accounting firm or experience in a Finance / Accounting / Consolidations function

Salary Range

$90,000 - $95,000 / year
