Your role as Manager, Mid-Market Account Management
Reporting to Melissa Trottier, Vice-President Customer Success, you will contribute to giving access to health and wellbeing benefits to Canadians.

What you'll be doing :
- Lead the Mid-Market Account Management team to grow the client portfolio by managing retention and expansion opportunities with a strong focus on delighting our clients
- Be responsible for developing and executing strategies that retain and drive growth in order to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with partners and our partnership team to enable long-term advisor relationships
- Lead the identification of areas of opportunity for improvement within our department and optimize our account management practices to allow for swift scalability
- Maintain positive work environment with high levels of employee engagement and support recruitment efforts
- Manage 1-2 key accounts directly
We'd love to hear from you if you have :
- 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
- 2+ years of experience in a people management role
- Solid work ethic and proven time-management and prioritization capacity to deliver results and meet deadlines
- An ability to create structured and effective processes
- A track record of performance and success (i.e., experience in a top-tier company, steep progression, community involvement, history of exceeding objectives, etc.)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing)
- A mindful, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position . You will be required to communicate in French and English .
