Our client, a well-known energy industry leader is looking for a temporary administrator to work with them from November 18 to December 20.
The Operational Learning team will receive crucial support in this temporary role, and you may also be able to help the People Development team.
The office is at a great location in Surrey and has an easy transit!
What You'll Do :
- Filter and organize data, collate information, and manage general administrative tasks for the Operational Learning team.
- Collaborate across business units and engage with external vendors to gather necessary data.
- Maintain and process information in an organized, accurate manner.
What You Need :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in data gathering, processing, and administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and engaging with other departments and vendors.
- Bonus : Familiarity with SuccessFactors Learning Management System is beneficial but not required.
