- Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 15 p.m. and Friday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Responsibilities
The tasks of the administrative assistant in Laval :
- Manage Metro and Sobeys portals
- Manage submissions
- Follow up with customers to obtain quality control approval for newly developed products
- Reconcile and submit commissions for brokers
- Liaison with customers and team and for approval of new labels
- Reconciliation of debit notes from Metro, Sobeys and other customers
Qualifications
- Perfectly bilingual person (English / French) spoken & written;
- Experience in the food sector (a strong asset)
- Knowledge of MS office, intermediate Excel required;
- Ability to manage priorities well;
- Speed of execution, attention to detail and a job well done, resourcefulness;
- Oriented towards customer service and a very good team spirit;
