Assistant Store Manager
As a Showcase Assistant Manager, you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience.
You will be accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviors on the sales floor, setting expectations, and ensuring execution.
A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures is essential.
What you’ll be doing
- High level of passion and energy, while providing expert product knowledge and suggestive selling.
- Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos.
- Contribute to your store’s success by maximizing sales and key metrics.
- Support your store manager by ensuring execution of store standards, policies & procedures.
- Maximize sales potential by leading associates' behaviors on the sales floor, setting expectations, and ensuring execution.
What you’ll need to be successful
- A minimum of one year supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
- A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures.
- Effective coaching skills, with the ability to inspire top performers.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstration experience is an asset.
