Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst to work for our client's team driving operational excellence by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement in Abbotsford, BC.
In this role supports the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
The Continuous Improvement Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in training and implementing Lean tools (e.g., 5S, value stream mapping, Kaizen events) to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead or support CI projects, ensuring they deliver on business objectives and track KPIs.
- Perform data analysis, cost / benefit calculations, and ROI assessments to measure project success.
- Work closely with departments to provide guidance, feedback, and support for CI initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project outcomes and progress for management updates.
Qualifications :
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Post-Secondary Degree (Degrees related to business, engineering, or manufacturing are preferred), certification in Lean Manufacturing or Lean Agile Methodologies would be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role; basic knowledge or work experience of Lean (or Continuous Improvement) management systems, tools, and methodologies required.
- Controlled Goods clearance required, therefore only Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.
- Lean certification is an asset.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English).
- Ability to facilitate and motivate teams.
- Organizational and planning abilities (project management experience is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on execution.
- Intermediate computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
