Position : Continuous Improvement Analyst
Location : Abbotsford, BC
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on experience)
Industry : Aerospace / Industrial / Improvement / Lean Sigma
Employment Term : Fulltime / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for analyzing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and track performance improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices in continuous improvement.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools to drive process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to promote CI principles.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a continuous improvement role or a related field. (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with CI methodologies in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, mathematical, and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Lean, Six Sigma certification is an asset.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to changing work demands and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
