At Tecnar, we are pioneers in the field of pipe welding automation, proudly manufacturing the world's first self-adjusting welding robot, the Rotoweld.

With customers in over 22 countries, Tecnar is at the forefront of innovation. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our regional sales representatives and drive our global sales development activities.

Job Purpose : Provide leadership and management for regional sales representatives and sales development activities, aligned with strategic direction and corporate goals.

Functional responsibilities :

  • Manage and organize leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation.
  • Target and build relationships with new customers.
  • Supervise, support and motivate our sales representatives and distributors.
  • Help organize trade shows and conferences.
  • Conduct virtual presentations with customers.
  • Participate in global expansion.
  • Help customers organize their piping workshops.
  • Provide technical support.

Skills required :

  • Proven sales experience and skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective for motivating sales reps.
  • Organized and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • Familiar with American culture.
  • Able to accept rejection and failure.
  • Skilled at finding new customers and connecting with senior management.
  • Welding experience and skills.
  • Experience and skills in mechatronics.
  • Knowledge of pipe shop operations.
  • Autonomous and resourceful.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan schedules.
  • Team player.
  • Curious and up to date with new technologies and companies in welding automation.
  • Willingness to travel.
