This is an excellent opportunity to join an AP & Administration team with a highly reputable business. Our client is located in Downtown Vancouver, and growth has created a need for this role.
The Accounts Payable Administrator will join an existing team of 3 that will be responsible for all of the accounts payable and administration related to our client’s North American operations.
You’ll be part of the growing Finance & Accounting team at head office for this very successful, privately held, home-grown BC success story.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full cycle AP administration in a busy, high-volume environment. Invoice entry, issuing payments, vendor communications and providing other stakeholder support are the primary activities in this role.
However, our client is looking for a technology-savvy candidate with experience with NetSuite or prior system implementation experience.
The compensation plan includes a generous base salary, and a strong extended health benefits plan.

Job Requirements :
- 3-5+ years of AP Administration experience in high-volume AP roles
- High proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, HLOOKUP’s, etc
- Proficiency in basic account reconciliations
- Prior experience in system implementation would be an asset
- Excellent time management skills, self motivated
- Strong written & verbal communications skills
- High detail orientation
- Education requirement - Business Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Accounting Technician, other technical certifications considered
