VP of Marketing
This is a remote position.
As the Vice President of Marketing you areresponsible for leading the overall marketing strategy thereforeown all marketing programs including demand generation productmarketing digital experience strategy and branding.
Reportingdirectly to the Chief Revenue Officer youwill :
Lead mentor and empower a marketingteam of 35 employees (34 directreports).
Translate GSoft goals into effectivemarketing strategies for all productlines.
Set the marketing directionpriorities metrics goals and overall roadmapto
supporthigherlevel businessobjectives.
Oversee the development andexecution of all marketing programs toensure
theyalign with the company s gotomarket strategy andvision.
Make datadriven decisions to drivecontinuous process improvements tofeed
revenuegrowth.
Monitor and act on essentialmetrics; Track and report on importantperformance
metricsand use the data to optimize processes and performancecontinually.
Develop and maintain strongpartnerships with other stakeholders andensure
marketingscales through crosscollaboration with other teams (salescustomer
successproduct Etc.).
Maintain and promote a culture ofcollaboration innovation creativityand
continuousimprovement.
Qualifications
Establishedleadership experience managing a marketing team at a VPlevel;
Experience developing and leadingmarketing initiatives and strategiesdirectly
linkedto the company s key objectives and strategicvision;
Demonstrated track record of drivingrevenue growth in a multiproducthigh
growthSaaS environment;
Ability to leverage data andanalytics to inform strategies anddecisionmaking
andoptimize performance;
Experience working directly with thesales organization and leadership inan
innovativefastpaced tech B2B SaaScompany;
Extensive knowledge of relevanttodays marketing approaches and toolssuch
asHubspot and Salesforce (CMS CRMMarketing).
