Become the expert who turns every in-store interaction into a meaningful customer experience. With your passion for service and in-depth product knowledge, you'll help every customer successfully realize their projects.
Your role :
- Provide all customers with an excellent in-store experience, offering expert advice and proactive assistance
- Provide quotes for projects, follow up with prospects and close sales
- Promote the sale of complementary products and services such as installation, financing and delivery
- Inform customers of current promotions and financing options
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
What we're looking for :
- 2 years' relevant experience in the renovation field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with computers, and the ability to learn to work with new software
- Motivation and ability to meet and exceed sales targets by responding to customer needs
