Our client organization operates manufacturing facilities across North America, with over 900 employees. Our clients produce packaging products in the retail, food service, produce, and protective packaging industries.
The primary role of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing is to lead and manage sales activities to achieve corporate goals.
As a member of the Executive Management Team, this role participates in and contributes to the company's overall strategic direction.
This position reports to the President.
Must Haves
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience
- Experience directly leading a sales team
- Experience managing national accounts
- Self-starter with a determination to succeed
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
Working Environment :
- In office : Brampton, Ontario
- A laptop computer and mobile phone provided
- Required to work off-cycle hours and varying amounts of overtime
- Flexible to travel
