Permanent Itinerant School Secretary - 1.0 FTE - 10 Month
Job Summary :
Under the general supervision of the Principal, the school secretary provides administrative support to the Principal and performs various secretarial and clerical duties in a school setting.
Qualifications :
Minimum Grade 12 education plus one year related post-secondary education or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential. Experience in a G-Suite / Google environment, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to perform some accounting duties are essential.
Previous experience in an elementary school setting would be an asset.
