Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses and projections.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities within operations.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to streamline processes.
- Participate in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
- Assist with external audits.
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis (or related), preferably in a multinational environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI (Business Intelligence) tools (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data.
- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Big 4 profile a plus
