As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our systems. Your role is crucial to ensuring that our records are maintained with the highest level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Entry : Accurately enter and update data into our databases and systems.
- Verification : Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Documentation : Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Reporting : Generate reports from data as required by management.
- Quality Control : Identify and correct data entry errors to maintain data integrity.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with data entry software. Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
