Job Summary

Venture Establishing Specialist main role is to facilitatethe development and execution of joint venture initiatives withinthe LCH Hub Project and develop a detailed assessment of thecorporate commercial and economic terms of the Project.

Thisposition entails identifying potential partners negotiatingagreements and overseeing the establishment and operation of jointventures.

The incumbent will collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and drivesuccessful joint venture outcomes.

Once joint ventures areestablished he will support the Venture Planning Leader to overseethe JV ongoing operations and performance.

Monitor key performanceindicators financial metrics and operational milestones. Ensurethat performance objectives are met and they proactively identifyareas for improvement or corrective actions.

Provide regularreports to senior management and other relevant stake holders onthe progress and outcomes of joint venture initiatives.

KeyResponsibilities :

Joint VentureDevelopment :

• Identifyand evaluate potential partners for joint venture through marketresearch and assessment of capabilities.
• Establish criteria and due diligence processes forpartner selection to ensure compatibility and mitigaterisks.
• Build and maintain strong relationshipswith potential joint venture partners including governmental bodiesand executives from partner organizations.

Government Relationsand Compliance :

• Engage with external stakeholders including governmentalbodies and suppliers to negotiate terms and foster collaborativerelationships.
• Develop public affairsindustrial relations and human resources policies for the jointventure.
• Liaise with governmental authoritiesto obtain permits necessary for project development constructionand operation.
• Determine corporate identityaspects such as name logo and branding for the jointventure.

FinancialManagement :

• Promotecost consciousness and implement cost leadership practices acrossthe organization.
• Drive CAPEX awareness andmeet CAPEX KPIs as per defined guidelines.
• Explore and implement business improvement opportunitiesto enhance EBITDA and cash flow.
• Exercisefinancial authority as per the master authority schedule(MAS).

Project Oversight and PerformanceMonitoring :

• Ensureproper booking of hours worked on projects as per accountingstandards.
• Implement Total Life Cycle costconcept in project decisionmaking processes.
• Oversee ongoing operations and performance of the jointventure.
• Monitor key performance indicatorsfinancial metrics and operational milestones.
• Provide regular reports to senior management andstakeholders on joint venture progress and outcomes.

InterfaceManagement and Networking :

• Manage internal and external interfaces to ensurebusiness continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and participate in effective networkingplatforms with internal and external entities.
• Participate in corporatelevel committees to addressspecial projects or initiatives.

Audit andCompliance :

• Analyzeand implement actions based on internal and externalaudits.
• Participate and present in affiliateboard meetings.

ProfessionalDevelopment :

Attendcourses and training for personal development andgrowth.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Engineering Finance or a relatedfield.
• A Masters degree in a relevantdiscipline is preferred.
• 10 years ofexperience in joint venture initiatives field.
