JOIN OUR TEAM As an integral member of the Banquet management team, the Banquet Captain is responsible for the successful execution and overall administration of banquet functions and for ensuring the delivery of banquet services exceed guest expectations and consistently fulfil Canad Inns standards of service excellence.
The Banquet Captain responsibilities include an effective reporting relationship with the Banquet Manager and a strong collaborative link with the Culinary Department. The Banquet Captain provides scheduling, leadership, supervision, support duties as well as being an active banquet team member in the preparation, set-up, service, break-down and cleanup of Banquet functions.
